Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits

Are you looking for a biscuit that melts in your mouth? Well our friend Heather sent us this recipe for Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits and we're now in love with it! MaMa says it's a great way to use up cheese before it goes bad. I think that means it uses a lot of cheese. ;)

A cheesy twist to your typical biscuit.

Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients, mix together the wet ingredients and then combine.

They are the perfect pairing for a hearty soup. In fact they'd be amazing with this lentil soup recipe.

  7. Cindy, there's approximately 32 grams of fiber in the 1 1/2 c of the Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, this recipe made about 9 biscuits for us so about 3.5 g per biscuit, depending on how large/small you make them! Great question!
