Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits
A cheesy twist to your typical biscuit.
- 1 1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c grated cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients, mix together the wet ingredients and then combine.
- Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
They are the perfect pairing for a hearty soup. In fact they'd be amazing with this lentil soup recipe.
