
Ingredients for Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits:
1 1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 c grated cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted
Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients, mix together the wet ingredients and then combine.
Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.

They are the perfect pairing for a hearty soup. In fact they'd be amazing with this lentil soup recipe.

Cindy, there's approximately 32 grams of fiber in the 1 1/2 c of the Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, this recipe made about 9 biscuits for us so about 3.5 g per biscuit, depending on how large/small you make them! Great question!
