Unhulled Barley

Barley is a cereal grain that can be used for malting and brewing, as well as in soups, stews, breads and other health foods. Barley has a rich, nutlike flavor and an appealing chewy, pasta like consistency. Barley is a great source of fiber and other important nutrients.

Because the hull is still on the grain, Joseph's Grainery Barley must be soaked overnight and then rinsed thoroughly before cooking.
