Thoroughly Cleaned Whole Grains

Thoroughly cleaned whole grains, what does that mean, you ask?  It's a question we are frequently asked.  So, how do we clean the grains?  No water is involved.  It's a process of sifting out the impurities.  Since a picture is worth a thousand words (and we figured a video is worth a whole lot more), take a look at this video to see how we clean the whole grains that you enjoy.

This cleaning process is done right on the farm, and then we store the wheat and barley in special grain bins, until it's time to mill or bag the grain for delivery to you.  From our farm to your table.
