Sometimes a salad is the perfect thing during these dog days of summer. Of course, we love to add whole grains and legumes to our summertime salads. One of our favorite ways to incorporate whole grains into our salads is to add cooked wheat berries as a bit of crunch to any green salad. Here are a couple of other favorite ways to enjoy Joseph's Grainery Whole Grains and legumes in salad form:
