Wheatberry Cookies with Chocolate Drizzle

These cookies are a yummy shortbread-esque treat and fairly easy, but the recipe doesn't yield very many cookies.  The recipe calls for the cookies to be drizzled with chocolate, but these cookies would be quite tastey drizzled with caramel, pumpkin, vanilla, or even something fruity.

Ingredients:
Directions:  Preheat over to 350 degrees.  Put margarine and brown sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy.  Add the egg and beat well.  Stir in the wheat and coconut.  Add the flour and milk to the mixture.

Form tablespoon sized balls and place on baking sheet.  Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Leave to cool.

Melt chocolate in the microwave, using a small ziploc bag, spoon the chocolate into the bag, cutting the a very small hole in one of the bottom covers.  Drizzle the chocolate over the cookies and leave to set.
