What a perfect cookie combination - pumpkin and chocolate chips!
Ingredients
for the icing
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbs milk
Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine cookie mix, spices and baking powder in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar in mixer until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. The edges should be lightly browned.
  • Let cool on a wire rack. After cool, using a fork or wire whisk, drizzle the icing over the cookies. Try to keep your kids hands off of them. ;)
These might just be the only cookies left from the batch.... [sheepish grin]
