Cinnamon Roll Multigrain Pancakes

Breakfast doesn't get much better than this!  When MaMa saw the Recipe for Cinnamon Roll Pancakes on Purple Chocolat Home I knew it wouldn't be long before she tried them out!  You can't feel too guilty about eating these pancakes, since they are made with whole grains!

Ingredients for Cinnamon Roll Multigrain Pancakes:

1 - 13.6 oz bag or 2 c Joseph's Grainery Multigrain Pancake Mix
2 c milk
2 eggs

Cinnamon Filling -
1/2 c butter, melted
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 Tbs cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze -
1/4 c butter
2 oz cream cheese
3/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:  Mix the pancake mix per the directions on the packaging.  In a separate bowl, mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon together.  Place in a plastic baggie and snip off the corner off.

Over medium heat, pour the batter for your desired size of pancake, then using the homemade piping bag, pipe a swirl onto the batter.  Wait until bubbles have formed on the pancake and begin to pop and then turn the pancake over.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and cream cheese and stir together.  Whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla.  Add a little milk to obtain desired consistency.  Pour the glaze over the warm pancakes and enjoy!
