No-rise Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls

We love cinnamon rolls.  When we want them, we don't always have time to wait for them to rise, so this is the perfect recipe when you have a hankerin' for a cinnabun and you're no where near a mall and you don't want to have to wait 3 hours for one.

Ingredients:
2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
1 Tbsp melted butter

1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
extra butter

1 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a medium bowl mix together the flour, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and melted butter.  On a well floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.  Combine the 1/4 c brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl and then sprinkle over the surface of the dough.

Roll the dough into a tube shape.  Cut into 4 equal portions and place in a loaf pan with a small pat of butter on top of each roll.  Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

While rolls are baking, mix together the cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar for the frosting.  When rolls come out of the oven, top them with the frosting and serve.
