Peach Pizza Dessert Pie

When MaMa found these delicious peaches on a good sale, she bought a bunch and now we're having fun incorporating them into our whole grain baking.  We needed a dessert the other night and as I told you, we had plenty of peaches, so we made a peach pizza.
It was a little time consuming, laying out all those peaches, but it shure looked beautiful when it was all done.

1/2 c butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c whole milk
1 Tbsp honey

5 peaches, thinly sliced

Directions:  Preaheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all of the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl and stir.  Once the ingredients are mixed, roll the dough out onto a greased pizza sheet, making a round pizza shape.  Bake for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the sauce.  Using a spatula cover the entire pizza crust.

Then arrange the peach slices on top of the sauce.  Dust with sugar and chill for 10 minutes.

Cut into wedges and serve up this delicious dessert!
