Easy Cracked Wheat Cinnamon Rolls

If you have a sweet tooth, you'll agree that these are scrump-dittily-umptous!  This is a simple way to "dress up" the refrigerated cinnamon rolls that you buy at the grocery store (like the ones by Pilsbury) and make them even gooey-er and a little crunchier.
Ingredients:

1 tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
1/4 c Joseph's Grainery Hard Red Wheat Berries, finely chopped in blender
1/4 c margarine, melted
1/4 c brown sugar

Directions:  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a pie pan combine the wheat berries, melted margarine and brown sugar.  Place rolls sugar-cinnamon side down in the baking pan.  Bake 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and frost with the icing included in the tube of rolls.
