Ingredients:
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 large egg
3 Tbsp molasses
3/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat, cracked in your blender to a stone ground consistency
1/8 tsp baking soda3/4 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and molasses, beat well. Add the dry ingredients gradually and mix until smooth. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes.
