Creamy Wheat Casserole

Today's recipe is a scrumptous and easy dinner idea.  It was sent to us annonamously by a reader, we'd like to thank you for sending the recipe, but we don't know who you are....we send you our appreciation though!  We'll definitely be making this dish again!

1 cab cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1 Tbsp instant minced onion (we used onion granuals)
5 oz cubed Velveeta cheese (we used cheddar)
2 Tbsp pimento, chopped
dash pepper

Directions:  Mix and bake at 350 degrees until bubbley and brown (about 50 minutes for us).  Top with 1 small can French Fried Onion Rings and bake 10 minutes longer.
