Cheesey Noodles & Lentils

Do you hate washing a mountain of dishes after dinner?  This recipe will be perfect for you...only one pot to clean up afterwards!!!  I love my Cheesey Noodles and Lentils!


1 box of small pasta - elbow, shells, etc - whatever you like
4 cloves crushed garlic
olive oil
4 c chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 c shredded cheese

Directions:  In a large pot, add a bit of olive oil.  Once it is warm, add the crushed garlic, allow the garlic to saute for a few minutes.  Then add the lentils and broth, allow them to come to a boil, then cover and let cook for approximately 20 minutes.  Add the pasta and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.  Add salt and pepper to season.  Serve in bowls and top with shredded cheese.
