No Bake Lentil Yummies

These are quite the treat!  And MaMa doesn't mind it when I scarf one down, cause I'm getting a little something good in there.  They are really easy to make, but do take a little while to set, but if you don't mind gooey fingers, then who cares if they're "set" or not!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter
1/2 c crunchy peanut butter
3 c quick oats

Directions:  Place sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, mix well, stir in milk and butter.  Bring ingredients to a boil, stirring well to dissolve sugar, remove from heat.  Immediately stir in peanut butter.  When it's dissolved, stir in lentils and oats.  Drop teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.  When cook and dry to touch use a spatula to flip and let dry.
