Gravy Recipe for Bisquits n' Gravy with Lentil Bisquits

We told you that the recipe for yesterdays Quick Lentil Bisquits would be great for Bisquits n' Gravy, well, we got thinking and realized that wasn't nice of us to not post a good Gravy Recipe to go with it so you could make Bisquits n' Gravy, so here it is:

3/4 lb of sausage
4 c milk
4-6 Tbls flour

Directions:  Brown the sausage over medium heat.  After sausage is browned, add flour, one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly.  Make sure that each tablespoon of flour turns brown before adding another (if you don't, your gravy will taste like flour).  After you've added enough gravy to make the gravy as thick as you desire, add the milk and stir with a wisk.  Serve over Quick Lentil Bisquits.
