Apple & Plum Cobbler

Apple & Plum Cobbler that will put a smile on your face!

MaMa and I were hankering some good ol' blackberry cobbler, so we went out to pick some blackberries.  We came home with only a handful, as they just aren't ripe yet.  So MaMa taught me about the word "comprimise" and started chopping up the 3 apples and 2 plums we had sitting in our fruit bowl into a yummy Apple & Plum Cobbler that hit the spot.

All we did was chop up those apples and plums, threw them into a 9x13 pan and sprinkled with 1/4 cup sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon.  Then we followed this recipe for the cobbler topping using Joseph's Grainery Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour.  In just over an hour you too can be enjoying a Apple & Plum Cobbler fresh from the oven.
