Sprouts Anyone? - How To Sprout Wheat Berries

Do you love adding sprouts to a sandwich, but never seem to have them handy?  If you have some Joseph's Grainery Wheat Berries on hand, you're just a few days away from having sprouts.

Supplies needed to sprout wheat berries.

It's actually a very simple process, all you will need to sprout the wheat berries are:

1 qt sized plastic bag with zip closure
2 sheets of paper towel

Directions:  Moisten the paper towel with a small amount of water. Fold the paper towel so that the wheat berries will be covered on both sides by the paper towel.  Add the wheat berries, lay flat (spreading the wheat berries out in single layer in the bag) and close the bag.  Come back in a few days, we'll have pictures to show you of our sprouts!
