Farm To Table Class - Bread Making & Beyond

October is quickly approaching, so that means our next Farm To Table workshop is just around the corner.  You'll definitely want to sign up for Bread Making and Beyond.

Bread Making & Beyond - a Joseph's Grainery Farm To Table workshop
Do you love baking bread or maybe you want to start?  Join the farmer and the food blogger of Joseph's Grainery as they show you how to craft artisan style loaves with whole grain flours using non-traditional methods.  You'll bake and taste loaves made using the no-knead method and see how simple bread baking can be.  You'll also get to see the Joseph's Grainery mill in action and see how whole grains make their way from the farm to your table.

Join us at the Whitman County Library in Colfax on October 16th for an afternoon of bread making and flour milling.  If you don't have all day to to bake bread, than this class is for you!

You do need to register to reserve your spot in the class.  Click here to register (click on the "Search & Register Online Button", on the next page choose "Colfax Classes" under ACT 2 Rural Locations).  This class is part of Spokane Community College's ACT 2 program, and all money from the small registration fee goes to support ACT 2 programming.
